The Virtuous Circle

Sarah Dutton is a mindful living coach and trauma informed yoga instructor. She educates and coaches adults and children using a holistic approach that examines the whole well-being of each person as an individual. She encourages people to view a more detailed picture of their overall health by infusing mindfulness into her work. This helps clients learn how to tune into their bodies, thereby, enabling them to become the healthiest and happiest person possible.

Her mindfulness work stretches across a breadth of groups such as therapeutic environments, corporations, faith-based organizations, schools, Community Education, and Park and Recreation programs.

The approach that Sarah shares with her clients is based on research that has shown a direct link between healthy bodies and healthy minds. With increased physical activity and mindfulness practices comes a balance of awareness and focus that leads to greater success for adults and kids in work, school, and in life.

Sarah is recognized and certified as an AADP Health Coach, Yoga Calm Instructor, Strong Spirits, Mindfulness & Movement Program, Chair Yoga Instructor, and Satya Worldwide Mindfulness Instructor. She has extensively studied trauma informed yoga theories and specializes in working with clients who experience generalized anxiety.

She currently teaches therapeutic, chair, and youth yoga classes at United Hospital in the mental health services adult, adolescent, and geriatric units, Fairview adolescent mental health services, Villa Healthcare Services, Post- Acute and Long-Term Care, Minneapolis Park and Recreation, Keystone Community Services, and in residencies at various elementary schools. She also offers individualized coaching sessions, group workshops, and lunch & learns throughout the metro area.
